If you have a technical question concerning installing a product or difficulty running the game, please contact the software manufacturer directly. This way you will receive the proper support you need.
Also, please check the requriements prior to purchasing any game.
How much is the shipping on a game?
The shipping on a game is $8.95 for the first and 2.00 for each additional one.
Why, when I add a speaker or controller to the cart, is the price more?
The price is more because when you added the item to the cart it automatically had shipping added to it.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
If there is an item out of stock it will be listed under the product picture. If you wish to purchase this item when it becomes available. Send an e-mail with the product name and we will put you on the waiting list.
